Mergers Alliance feature heavily in latest Thomson Reuters league tables

Thomson Reuters, one of the world’s leading financial information resources, has released its annual Mid-Market league tables for 2011, ranking corporate finance firms by number and value of deals.

In addition, closed deals in India, and Western and Eastern Europe placed our partners in amongst the top independent firms in their respective markets.

Among the Mergers Alliance partner firms featured was Norgestion. The Spain based member ranked 15th in the Spanish Mid-Market table, up 12 places from 2010 thanks to a 50% boost in deals year on year. Moreover, it ranked above all the major global M&A networks including IMAP and M&A International.

Meanwhile, Mergers Alliance’s Turkish partner placed among the top 25 deal makers in Eastern Europe while Bluemind was listed as one of the leading independent firms in the Netherlands.
Indian partner Singhi also performed strongly, coming in 10th place in the Indian mid-market, above established corporate finance firms such as Deloitte and Rothschild.
