Andy is Managing Partner at Catalyst. His chief responsibilities include advising on MBOs, fund raising, company acquisitions and disposals, as well as directing Catalyst's day-to-day operations and developing the firm's strategy alongside Chairman Brian McGowan. He is also a board member of our international partnership, Mergers Alliance.

Career

Andy trained as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PwC) having graduated from Leicester University. He then spent seven years within PwC's lead advisory team before becoming a founding partner at Catalyst in 1998.
