Piero is Managing Director at Ethica and has over fifteen years of experience in M&A origination and deal making activities. Having been in contact with many of the middle-sized companies that make up the core of Italy's industry sector, Piero is now able to actively support clients in any decision to be taken before and in the course of the M&A process.

Before founding Ethica, Piero was managing partner at Aurea Corporate Finance; he now manages the Bologna office and is the reference partner for Mergers Alliance. Piero has specific expertise in food & drink, cleantech, machinery and leisure.

Piero has a Cum laude degree in Economics at Bologna University and a Masters in Corporate Finance. He is a lecturer for Bologna University finance classes. Previously he was Manager at Rolo Banca (Unicredit Group) and Partner at Cavour Corporate Finance before founding Aurea Corporate Finance.
