Felix Hoch is a partner and director of C.H.R.CF, the German member of Mergers Alliance, and also sits on the board of the international network.

He has particular expertise in the areas of automotive suppliers, electronic (components), cleantech/energy and industrial technologies.

Career

After completing an apprenticeship at Deutsche Bank, he studied Business Administration in St. Gall, Switzerland, with foreign semesters at the universities in Helsinki and Moscow. In 1992 he started his career as a consultant with a M&A focussed mid-market corporate finance house, where he was responsible for the formation of joint ventures, MBIs, as well as acquisitions and sales at international level.
