University of Notre Dame (USA): Masters in International Law and Economics (LL.M). Responsible for (structured) commodity finance at ING Barings in emerging markets such as the Ukraine, Serbia and China from 1996 up to and including 1999. Team was awarded 'Worlds best Structured Commodity Financier' in 1997 and 1998 by the leading business magazine Trade Finance.
Senior attorney of law at the Amsterdam and Hong Kong offices of Baker & McKenzie in 1992, responsible for (cross-border) Mergers & Acquisitions as well as international banks and security firms. From 2003 onwards Bart has also been treasurer in the Board of the Investment Fund PPM Stimulans.
